Our HR philosohpy revloves around two key axis. "Smarts" and Experience. Varying degrees of smartness and experience will see you fit into different profiles at Anticlockwise. Here are a few situations that you could probably map to yourself.

 

You are a person without experience but with intelligence or as we call it “Smarts”.You are a little furstrated right about how the market often closes its door on you for lack of experience, and does not consider your intelligence. We are also not likely to consider your intelligence for a probationary period of 2 months. During this period we will spend time to ensure you learn well and also saddle you with mundane tasks After the first 2 months, if both anticlockwise and you like each other, both the money and responsibilities change significantly .If it does not work out , we assure you of carrying away valuable training and free lunches at the very least.

You are an experienced person.Doing well at your job but not with complete job satisfaction.You are hungry to do more and find out the true measure of your potential.We would like to welcome you ! However, there is a lot of fine print here.For instance, we think we might be able to trick you into taking a salary cut for stake.And other such things, but we should talk ! There are other such situations and mappings, but who cares, just get in touch.

This does not mean you get offered a partnership in any business or anything like that.We need someone who can partner with the client, look out of their interest, identify latent opportunites and grow business.An ability to communicate with decision makers and help them plan a way forward on the internet combined with skills like a natural ability to lie with a straight face will take you a long way.Do not worry,you will probably have to lie only if you reach meetings late, our delivery team will ensure your targets are almost always met.

This does not mean you make deliveries.We need someone good at math or statistics or inclined towards these.The words "number crunching" "data" "fourier series" should sound as exciting as "Party" sounds to a lot of people. Geeks and out of work chess players should jump at this opportunity.

You need to be arty and willing to work beyond office hours.We promise endless coffee and cigarettes and an atmosphere charged with creativity and free thinking. A trip to the Mardi Grads parade awaits if you win us an award or something. The money is not too bad plus you get a shot at working for some the most exciting brands in the country today.

Well,you need to be a boy and you need to be in Office.Thats pretty much all the qualification needed here.It helps if you know how to deposit a cheque .Helps us even more if you know how to "collect" a cheque.Its okay if you dont know how to write one.
